LUC ROULLET, Paris and the Turks & Caicos Islands

Luc has lived and worked in 4 different continents for the last 20 years, deepening his expertise in leadership and transformation of individuals, organizations and nations.  His clients take him around the world, either by plane or by video-conference. For the last 10 years, he has been developing leadership and transformation skills in Master and Executive Programs at ESSEC and Ecoles Centrales Group (Paris, Beijing and Casablanca).

Luc has worked in business in Italy with JP Morgan, AXA and Boston Consulting Group in Milan. He then worked for 3 years in social entrepreneurship in the Philippines where he transformed a microfinance institution serving 20 000 families in the poorest areas of Manila: he generated more financial autonomy, governance effectiveness and human resources empowerment.

He also worked in the public sector in Washington with the World Bank to establish the first platform on the topic of “leadership and development”. He studied and taught leadership at Harvard Kennedy School of Government with Ronald Heifetz and Dean Williams. He continued working with Dean Williams for two years to set up the National Leadership Institute of Madagascar, training 25 000 leaders in 18 months.

He graduated from Harvard University as a Fulbright scholar with a Master in Public Administration. He holds a joint Master of Sciences in Engineering Management (Ecole Centrale Paris and Politecnico di Milano).

Married with an inspiring 5-year old boy, he is now based in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

ANDREAS SAMI PRAUHART
JERUSALEM AND VIENNA

Sami has worked as an independent policy advisor in the Middle East, West Africa and South America, including for the Palestinian President’s Office, the Palestine Investment Fund, the Legal Resources Center in Accra and UNDP (United Nations Development Program). He has been engaged in several legal, economic and communications functions within the context of the Israel-Palestine conflict. He provides consulting and coaching services for leading private sector clients in Abu Dhabi and Germany.

He graduated from Harvard University with a 2-year Master in Public Administration and holds a LLM degree from the University of Graz, Austria and Universidad de Valladolid, Spain. Sami also studied as a Chevening fellow sponsored by Shell in energy economics and geopolitics in the UK.

Sami loves the writings of the late Edward Said, Theodore Zeldin, Khalil Gibran and Sir Charles Popper. He is convinced that Solitude by Duke Ellington is the best ever jazz song.
